February 4-22: SLSA/ELSA Repairman Maintenance Course, Rainbow Aviation Services, Corning, CA. Participants taking this 3-week-long FAA-accepted 120-hour course will have earned their Repairman Maintenance Rating, which will allow them to perform the maintenance, annual condition inspection, and 100-hur inspections (required on aircraft used for hire) on Special-light sport aircraft and Experimental-light Sport aircraft, and charge for their services. This 18th annual gathering of motorized mechanical wonders will include hundreds of aircraft as well as cars, trucks, motorcycles, military tanks and one-of-a-kind gas- and steam-powered engines and tractors to benefit the Coastside Adult Day Health Center.
